superb hotel experience
spacious room central location friendly staff
the room was spacious and clean. i especially liked the central location (it made getting around so easy!). the friendly staff was always available and ready to assist.

closed bar small plunge bath
The rooftop bar remained closed. This was disappointing, especially given good weather conditions. I also found the 'plunge bath' quite small. Its size was not what I expected from the photos, it did not provide a genuine swimming experience.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They offered excellent recommendations for local restaurants. the room was spacious and very clean. the hotel's central location made it easy to access many attractions. the rooftop pool area had comfortable loungers and provided a relaxing escape..
the gym, while functional, had limited equipment, with only two treadmills available.

the rooftop featured a compact pool and sunbathing area, equipped with approximately fifteen lounge chairs and a shaded section. the hotel included a fitness center containing three treadmills and free weights. a business center offered computers and printing services.

the beautiful room included a king-size bed, a minibar stocked with complimentary drinks, and a spacious bathroom with a rainfall shower. the room offered a city view from a small balcony. complimentary wifi was available throughout my stay.

the hotel sat within a 10-minute walk of a major shopping street and several popular tourist attractions. the nearest metro station was a short, 5-minute walk away. several cafes and restaurants sat in the immediate vicinity.

The front desk offered 24-hour assistance and concierge services. Staff members were fluent in english and spanish. daily housekeeping ensured the room was clean and well-kept. room service was available from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
